Fill pages with dynamic content from a list

Hi,

I am still quite new to Microsoft's power platform and struggling with the approach for the following use case:

I have a list that contains details for certain artifacts we would like to present on a sharepoint page. I have managed to create a flow that creates a new sharepoint page from the information in the list.

Anyhow - when the list becomes bigger I end up with hundreds of pages that basically are the same, except that certain passages on the page are unique (as they have been populated from the list upon creation of the sharepoint page).

What I would ideally have is some sort of "template" which I can open in sharepoint and pass the ID of the list entry I want to display to, so that the page is built dynamically.

I know that something similar is possible with the Apps, where I can create a custom form, but I want to integrate it in a sharepoint site. 

What would be the approach for this, using Power Automate? 

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Where is your data? In Sharepoint? In Excel?
Are you saying everytime an item is added to one of these lists, you create a new SP page? What is the purpose? 

Are you looking for a solution which only creates a new page if an existing one for that same ID doesnt already exist?

Hi Briant,

Sorry for being a bit inprecise. The data is held in several sharepoint lists which are linked to each other, so I have basically built a tiny relational database.

The use case is that we are basically building a catalogue in those lists and would like to visualize and link the information in the lists in the sharepoint site, using sharepoint pages. We would like to have the experience of the pages, because the consumers of the information are non-technical users and they are used to our company intranet, which is built in Sharepoint Online as well. On the other hand I don't want the "maintainers" of the catalog to create the pages themselves, so I have built the automatziation of creating the pages from the information provided in the list.

Currently a new sharepoint page is being created (or updated, in case it already exists for this entry) when a certain value in the list is set to "true". This part works like a charm, but as the list is growing bigger it will also increase the number of pages in my sharepoint.

What I am looking for is: Every time a user opens a page that displays such a catalog item, I would like to pass the ID of a listitem  to a "template" page and define where the content of every column is displayed within the page. So I would only define one page for all catalogue items and depending on the ID of the item in the list which is passed to the page. 

Does that make sense?
