Filter SharePoint item in Get Items using ODATA

Hi Experts,

I'm having a ticket system on SharePoint & I follow below guide to create a Round Robin Auto Assignment for my list

What I have in mind is if the person is on leave, he or she should be filtered out from the Auto Assignment, i did a few search on google and i knew that i can use ODATA to achieve what i wanted. So far I have tried below command but none of them worked

startswith(Available, 'Y')

Available eq 'Yes'

Below are the screenshots of my flow & User List with column named Available to show the status of each person. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you in advance !

@AnPhamEFL is available a Yes/No choice column, if yes then use as below and it will work :

Available eq '1'

Hi jinivthakkar, 

Thank you for your solution, but it always returns my 1st person which status of Available is No 😕, i have four peoples in the list, 1st to 3rd person' status of Available is No & the 4th one is Yes, but it could not pick the 4th person.

My Available is a Yes/No Column.

Hello,

You can verify the JSON response (use the Get Items - Sharepoint, run the flow and download the output) to check what is the type field for the "Yes/No" column

Its a boolean type (true,false).

Trying to dig into how to query this... well, for now I only have a workaround:

Just go to your flow and create a "FIlter Array" and so something like this:

Hi BR,

Yes, it returns true & false and the ODATA filter is worked but the next problem in my flow is it take the value number of Counter list and assign to the ID of person.

For example

If my Counter is 2, the flow will assign to the person has ID: 2 & ignore the available status.

I'm still finding a solution for this, please share anything helpful, i will be so much appreciate. Thank you.

Hello 

I followed each and every step in  round robin flow video but I am getting error while testing the flow. 

I am getting error on get team members info Ian using get item action error is file not found any suggestions how to resolve this?
