By separately I mean, I want you to check which query is not working correctly.

Many times it happens like, when you use two queries in get items. One of them does not work.

So I want you to test your flow with 1 of the conditions. See if you are getting the correct result. Then try the second condition, see if you are getting the correct result or not.

See which one is working and which one is not working.

The one that is working, keep it in filter query

And the one that is not working

Add it to filter array action.

Edited: If null is not working for date, then use:

DateColumnName eq ''

100% of the time it's not possible that filter query works with two conditions. I hope now you got it.

Hi @Bhanu2023 ,

This works in my tests.  Since the null date issue causes issues and the calculated column,  I use two filter queries.  First one gets all items with column = out

Next filter query, queries the body of the first and filters out null dates.  Please try.

Hey @Bhanu2023

You can use 2 conditions inside filter query by the following:

DateColumnName eq null and Column2Name eq 'out'

Sometimes there are moments where both conditions dont work together.

Firstly I would suggest you to test these conditions separately.

By separately, I mean. First try the date field in the filter query. See if it is giving you the correct results or not.

Then try the column 2. Check if it is giving you correct results or not. If both are working try them together.

1) 1st the date query: Sundeep_Malik_0-1694580617923.png

2) 2nd the Column2 querySundeep_Malik_2-1694580674917.png

3) Both Together Sundeep_Malik_1-1694580652857.png

If somehow only one is working and other is not. I would suggest you to use filter array action. Whichever condition is working in filter query let it remain there. The condition that is not working use it inside filter array.

In filter query: Sundeep_Malik_1-1694580652857.png

In Filter array:

One more thing, sometimes the internal name also does not matches with the actual name of the column. For this you will have to go to list settings of the list. Select the column. And then in the url go to the end of it. And there you will find the exact internal name for the field and then use it in filter query of your flow.

Click on gear icon and then list settings:

After that select your column:

Sundeep_Malik_5-1694580865364.png

After this go to end of the url:

Where you will exactly see the internal name of the column, so for my email the actual internal name for it is Title. It happens many times where internal name is different from actual name.

I hope this helps 🙂

@Sundeep_Malik -How you add 2 filter query to get items separately? I see only 1 . The second issue is calculated column you can’t use in filter query. So column 2 doesn’t work. Other Date column was string so it can’t be null . Getting error for that .
