Flow -> Approval -> Output ->Reassign

I am trying to find a way to capture the history of an approval in my flow.  The use case is - after the approval has finished, I summarize the approval process in a PDF.  

What I can do is get the information/comment/etc for the approver and add that to the history.

What I CAN'T do is get information about any reassignment that occurs.  E.g., Person with authority to approve reassigns (delegates) to someone who doesn't have authority without delegation.  2nd person approved -> the approval output only contains information about the approval action.  There isn't any information about the reassignment.

Without the history that someone with authority delegated the task down, my history looks like someone without authority approved.  Any ideas/help?

@NEPatton  When you reassign approval then response is captured from reassigned person. For person one you can use Assign To field for the record in a compose action then Assign compose output to Approval Assign to field.

Later you can use condition if Assigned to compose output and Responder email output is not equal then act accordingly.

Hey @Hardesh15 - thanks for the reply.  I also stumbled upon this work around.  Not the greatest fix.

The big flaw in this work around is that it only works for 1 reassign.  If I reassign to person B, and B reassigns to C and C reassigns to D -- my logic will show that I reassigned to person D.  This is not true.  I don't see a way in flow to workaround this correctly - so it is a deficiency in the solution (imho).

Seems you can also maybe get the information out using DataVerse Approvals table, but that is a premium connector.

Seems like we should have access to this information directly in the output.  Also - seems like you should be able to create the PDF approval summary (result of "Save as PDF" feature in a finished approval).  This would make my job very easy as the PDF summary contains all of the information that I want.  Seems there is no direct way in flows to get reassignment information nor PDF summary nor full summary in any other format.
