1.Formularze. Wyniki należy zapisać w Excelu lub w innym miejscu, gdzie zostanie zweryfikowane, czy odpowiedź była prawidłowa i czy można ją kontynuować lub wypełnić formularz ponownie.
2. Excel. Mogłaby nastąpić weryfikacja (jakieś makro) czy odpowiedź na formularz była prawidłowa. Jeżeli nie, wróć do formularza i wypełniaj go aż do uzyskania wyniku spełniającego kryteria formularza.
3. Przesłanie na adres e-mail załącznika PDF (zaświadczenia o pozytywnym ukończeniu kursu). Plik PDF ma za zadanie automatycznie wygenerować dane osobowe osoby wypełniającej formularz.
W pierwszym wierszu formularza wymagane jest podanie Twojego imienia i nazwiska.

@wojtii771 If you are using Microsoft Forms you can't return to the same form entry after it has been submitted, the user would need to complete a new form response.

So which app should you do it on? The task is for the person to complete until they succeed. Once he achieves a good result, he will receive a certificate and a PDF file. However, this is the next step that I will develop when I find out where I can start.

@wojtii771 you could build a quiz in Power Apps with the correct/incorrect logic being built into the app itself.  Each question would be on its own screen and the user would click a button on the form to confirm their answer. If it is correct a variable would be incremented by 1. The next question on the next screen would then be displayed. At the last screen the overall score from the variable would be displayed. If all the questions have been answered correctly a button would be displayed for the user to run a flow to produce and send their certificate. However if any of the questions have been answered incorrectly the answers would all be cleared on all screens and and the app would loop back to the first question/screen for the user to complete the form.

@wojtii771 I've done a quick mockup and the attached videos show what happens when 1) all the answers are correct and 2) when there are errors.

The type of formulas in use are shown below.

When the app starts the varScore variable is initially set to 0.

After the user has selected their answer, when they click the Next Question button, if the answer is correct it increments the varScore variable by 1:

The Retake Quiz button is available only if the score is less than 7:

The current answers are all cleared, the varScore variable is set back to 0 and the app navigates back to the first question for the user to try again:

If all the answers are correct the Print Certificate button becomes available and will trigger a flow:
