Having issues with updating a record from Dataverse Table to SQL Server "Primary key is compound by 0 elements but 1 were provided

I'm receiving an error when updating a record within my PowerApps application. I'm using a flow when a row is added, modified or deleted to update the SQL table with those changes. When updating a record, I'm receiving the following message.

"Primary key is compound by 0 elements but 1 were provided"

I've already confirmed that my primary key/column in SQL is "ID" as I have my Row ID for for the SQL update is set to the following function

"first(outputs('Get_rows_(V2)')?['body/value'])?['ID']"

I don't have any problems with adding a new record but when I'm updating a record I receive the error above. Can anyone help with updating my flow and or the function I'm using? I'm not sure what I'm needing to do to bypass this error so I can update the record.

You sure you have the ID exists. To debug this before the update action step add a Compose action step. Then place the below expression.

first(outputs('Get_rows_(V2)')?['body/value'])?['ID']

Run the flow. Check the run history and verify the value exists in SQL or not.

Also try to map the compose output under the SQL update action step. Not sure this is caused by the data type?

Thank you for your response. I went ahead and added the Compose step with the provided expression. The flow still failed. The Compose step did pass but it failed again on the update row step.

Yes I know that flow going to fail. I asked earlier "Run the flow. Check the run history and verify the value exists in SQL or not." So is that value 2 exists in SQL and its a unique record?

Sure, I'm not clear of what Value 2 is or what you're referring to. I received a green checkmark for the compose step.  The record already exists in SQL but I updated the first name of the record and that's when i receive the error on the Update row step. Yes, it's a unique record in SQL. @abm

Check in your SQL server record and unique identifier Id / Primary Key? Is there a record with Id = 2 exists in your SQL?

Check your SQL table properties. Check the ID and make sure its set as unique identifier/Primary column?

The "Update row" action in Power Automate requires a primary key to uniquely identify the row to be updated. If your SQL table does not have a primary key set, Power Automate cannot correctly identify which row to update, leading to the error "Primary key is compound by 0 elements but 1 were provided."
