Help with approval flow

Hello Community 

I need your help to perform a flow.

here is what i'd like to do : 

In fact I am block just after the first approval. I am able to create the first form on power app then it launch an approval flow when the user click finish on PowerApps. But then, it should be transfert to a list of people ( depending on the department) and they have to complete some NEW collumn that has been created by the first person and launch on approval and all over again. 

I am using at this point a share point list but I have no clue on how can I transfert  it with power automate directly and how can he complete the second bunch of information without clicking on 3 things before. 

so as you see in the flowchart it would be :

- HR put information in power app about new comer 

- Approval flow with HR

- Department receive notification and complete some more informations that would be add to the HR one

- Department approve

- Finance receive notification ...

ect

@Tooweak In Power Automate you can use "Start and wait for an approval" Action.

The Flow will pause there and wait for the action to complete.

Since the Flow is still running, the data will be in that same Flow. Just add the steps after it and the data is usable from same Flow.

You can even add more Approvals after that, using data from the previous ones!

Regarding the information, there is not really any way to avoid the people from having to complete more things, if completing more things is a requirement. However, since all the Approvals cause the Flow run to wait, this information is captured in the same Flow Run, so it is easy to then capture it, use it as a basis for next information, and so forth.

Note that the Flow run can only stay like that waiting for 30 days. Not just one Approval - but anything in the Flow run cannot take longer than 30 days taken together or the Flow will end. There are some specific ways I know of to make this longer. For example, at any time you can put it into SharePoint as well and end the Flow - and if you want to use it in another Flow, you can get the item from SharePoint after that. For example, if Step 1 usually takes 7-21 days, but step 2 takes another 7-21 days, you may have a range of 14 to 42 days - there is a chance to go over 30 days - but if after Step 1 it is placed in SharePoint, and Step 2 starts from a new Flow using the info from SharePoint, there is 21 days for Step 1, and 21 days for Step 2, and the Flow won't end prematurely.

To keep it simple, I won't go over any more ways to go longer than 30 days in too much detail here in case the 30 days out of the box limit is not a problem for you.

Thanks for your answer, I get the point on the wait for approval and inside of it making steps with several approval, but I don't really get on how can I perform the "fill the list" part.

Is there a way to send only some collumn to complete at each step ? 

If  I have like collumn A; B; C 

first user have to complete the A collumn / approve

second user complete B collumn / approve

third one collumn C / approve 

is there a way for each user to see the overall information on the line but only edit his part ? if yes, what would be the workflow ?
