How to extract the title or sub-title from a Microsoft Form and output in Power BI with Flow?

Hello, I am looking to extract the information contained in the sub-title of a form/survey in Microsoft Forms.  This information will then be passed through a Flow into Power BI (similar to any answers to the survey questions).  

I have this all setup fine to output the answers to the survey questions through flow and into Power BI (screenshot below).  However there is important information in the sub-title I would also like to extract in Power BI.  This will save the person filling out the survey to add this information each time (long internal project ID's).

Any help on this much appreciated.

Unfortunately, there the subtitle data is not available via the Get Response Details action - there is no "out of the box" method to accomplish your goal.

If this is possible, it will be via an api call and the HTTP action - I have been unable to find a reference to a Forms API.

Finally, I don't have a license for Forms Pro - this functioanlty may/may not be available with Forms Pro.

There is no any way to get the title or sub-title from a Microsoft Form with microsoft flow currently, so I afraid that there is no any way to achieve your requirement with microsoft flow currently.

I have a trial of Forms Pro, however I don't think it gives you this option.  I think it's more an option that is required in flow to extract the information perhaps.  Although very new to all of these software, just setup from watching a youtube video, so maybe there is a possible way.

Would you happen to know if there is a way to extract each question detail using PowerAutomate? I know how to Get/List Response Details, but I would like to Get Question Details.

If you are referring to the actual question, I don't see that info in the response output from Get Response details or the When a Form is submitted trigger, so no.  If there is a Forms API (don't think there is) and you have a premium, license for Flow, that would be the path forward.
