How to grant access to managers and finance team etc. for an item, created within Lists as a expense request approval

Hi all, 

I've been stuck for a few days trying to figure out how to grant others access to my private Items within a list, for the purpose of an approval. I have watched a few YouTube videos and followed some tutorials and feel like I'm on the right lines, but something isn't right. When I assign my "approvers" they will receive a notification within Teams and an email, but I need them to be able to access the item to get a full view; as my approval is for an expense request so they will need to view all the details such as receipts etc. When they click on the link/attachment to the item within the list they are getting an error message saying the item may have been deleted? If anyone has an idea of where I'm going wrong with my flow and can help it would be much appreciated. I'll include screenshots of as much as I can below.

Since you are updating the permissions on the items in your workflow with the stop sharing and grant access actions, change the read access settings in your document library/list back to the default settings (read all items and edit all items). If that doesn't work, check to make sure you are using the link to item value from your trigger condition.

Hi @David_MA thanks for the quick reply, no that still didn't work. I've screenshotted the error message and attached it below. I must have a few steps incorrect in my flow? cheers

This error would indicate that it is not a permissions issue. I don't know how you are generating the link and/or item, but the error message is basically a 404 error, which is saying the item does not exist.
