I can only see my own logs for shared flow and not someone elses.

Hi Everyone,

Really basic user of PA. I have a flow that is performing really well for me. I flag an email in Outlook and it creates a task in Planner. It executes successfully for me. when I shared it with another user and they attempted to test however it does not work.

We looked at their log history and it only shows my logs.

Are there any other steps I should be taking when sharing the flow to enable it for this other user?

If you shared the flow with them, it is probably still only set up for your Outlook inbox, not theirs.  You'll want to export the flow, and have them import it into Power Automate under their account (basically you need to create a copy in their account instead of sharing the version that is tied to your account).  Then they can set up the connections to Outlook and Planner using their own account credentials and it should work.

I don't have a specific error message for the other user - their test just times out. I shared the flow with them and set their profile to "Owner" I did also have them add connections for Planner, 365 Office Outlook, 365 Users and Teams as these were missing but that didn't help:

@Arjen99, if you don't have an error message for your friend, how do you know that the flow is timing out (as opposed to never running at all)?

From your description, I still think the problem is that you shared the flow instead of copying it.  A shared flow is still only one flow, and each action within the flow can only be configured to use one user's connection, no matter how many connections you add to the flow itself.

If, on the other hand, you did copy the flow instead of sharing it, you should be able to have your friend check their run history and see the error message there.  In that case, you wouldn't see their runs in your flow's run history.

This makes perfect sense now - I've exported the flow and configured it with my user and it works now.
