I have created a power automate flow, below is the trigger action
but sometimes it is behaving strange, some time it is triggering the flow if the new emails arrive in sent item but sometimes it is skipping some mails.
if we are sending bulk emails at a time it is skipping some emails to trigger the flow, and also, we are using web shared mailbox for replying on the emails.
if we have kept open an email for 2-3 min in web browser after that if we are sending it, flow is not triggering for those emails also
it is urgent I need help with this issue.
Don't use this trigger to handle sent items in the shared mailbox. Use a scheduled flow and scan the "Sent items" folder.

I am taking the reply also that come to the sent Item Folder, that is part of requirement , and also for replying using Web mail of shared mail box
Could you please give me more information about this why this is not working properly for sent item folder, or if you have any example flow for schedule trigger to scan the folder, please if you can help me with this
The Trigger which you have used is used with InBox and not with send items.
Even the replies are received in InBox only and not in Send items...
Try replacing Send items with Inbox
I have two flow one for Inbox one for sent Item folder, for inbox it is working very well as expected, but not with Sent Item folder, from our requirement perspective need to use the sent item folder also.
Any reason why sent item folder is not working for this trigger, we need to take email from sent item emails also to have our report
if we get the core reason then maybe we can search for any other approach or if you have any suggestion, please let me know
And also for the reply for the emails from shared mailbox using Web browser .
one more thing do we have any link or function that can open the shared mailbox existing email on the app not in the web browser from PowerApps button
Also when we selected this trigger it is showing the folders also to select then why it is not working for SentItems folder , sometimes it is picking the mails sometime it is not
If you want to scan through a mail box, create a scheduled flow for every 1 or 2 hours and call action 'Get emails (v3)' of Outlook 365 connector with a search query :
Can we connect I need to explain the use case scenario may be that will help me to get the solution better, it is very urgent for me
Please explain the use case scenario here.

We have one App in PowerApps that is getting automate from outlook email, like every new mail with new subject line comes in outlook (shared Mailbox) it will create a ticket and that we are showing in Power app if any reply or response comes on those mails it will update the same tickets. one mail chain in outlook showing as a ticket.
So, for that we have two flow one is connected with inbox second is connected to SentItem
but what the issue we are seeing here for the inbox mail flow is working properly. But for the Sent Item some time if the mail is coming sometime power app flow is triggering sometime not.
For opening the emails, we are using web browser (shared Mailbox)(we have function and by using ConversationID we are opening the same existing email in shared mailbox web browser) and replying on the email. Below screen Launch conversation button having function to open mails into browser and we are hitting reply
We cannot go to schedule flow because users are working on the tickets and once the reply updates on App they have to take some action.
You can run a scheduled flow every 5 minutes.
________________________________________________________
for scheduled flow do we have any query so it should not pick the last run items
Hope the issue you are facing is, that you are unable to track the mail's which you are responding back from your shared eMail ID.
A solution I can think of is, if you can keep the shared eMail ID in bcc while responding back it will also land in your Inbox and you can monitor the same.
You can mark the processed emails or move them to other Outlook folder.
