I'm new to Microsoft and all the applications, we have license/access to most of the apps.
My company is in need of a "booking a cab/taxi"-service that should be automated, it could be either done in Sharepoint or Teams. All employees should be able to book a taxi between destination A -> B (specific time 09:45, 12:15, 14:15, 16:00) and vice versa B -> A (specific time 09:30, 12:00, 14:30).
When a booking has occurred, an email should be sent to the taxi-company & our finance department.
A big but, the taxi-company need the booking at least 2 hour before the destined time.
Example; if someone wants to go from A to B at 09:45, they need to order the taxi the latest of 07:45. Preferably before that.
I've made a list in Teams with columns:
Date | From A (choose between: 09:45, 12:15, 14:15, 16:00) | From B (Choose between: 09:30, 12:00, 14:30) | Passenger 1 | Passenger 2 | Passenger 3 | Passenger 4 | Passenger 5 | Passenger 6 | Passenger 7 | Passenger 8 |
And managed to find a power automate that works with the list when "When an item has been created" - Sharepoint. But i'm not sure how to continue this flow to follow my requirements:

I managed to solve it!
I had to convert both "created" and compose date + time booking slot then convert it to to the same time unit. I made two a like, one for A and one for B
If you do it in a PowerApp you can respond to the user immediately or you put an if in the flow and check if BookedTime is greater or equal UTCNow + 2 hours and send the user a mail if it doesn't meet the requirement.

But it only gives me "if no" answer, even though I tried to book for 12:15 and the clock was 10:10.
EDIT: Just saw that utcNow = 8 here instead of 10 So I need to add 4 hours instead of 2
EDIT2: Doesn't work, still get "if no" all the time.

Seems like it doesn't matter, still get "if no" even though I try to increase hours but also try another day.
Right now I'm using "created" - Sharepoint as identifier
Should I use something else?
I've tried to book a taxi for yesterday, today, tomorrow, next week. Everything still count as "if no".
So it's obviously a problem with my condition but why can't it recognize greater than "addHours(utcNow),+4)"

And they count on days, not hours, see below. Should I add something in the end to represent hours?
Been sitting whole day with this and I'm starting to think that I can't compare "Created" vs "UTC +4 hours". I mean, the UTC will always be 4 hours. I need to compare the created vs slot times.
