The trigger works from my side:

Make sure that your form is recognized correctly when creating the flow.

My form is recognised correctly still the Microsoft Form triggers does not work.

I've opened a ticket with Microsoft and they are investigating.

Hi,

In my environment, we have the Office 365 Business Essentials license, I created a trigger, after a person responding a form will send an email of approval to a certain person of the company, but I realized that the trigger only worked after an hour, from the hour Of creation and is repeated every hour.

So, if at this intermediate time someone responds to the form, the approver will only receive the email one hour after the previous trigger.

Does anyone know if this is normal, or is it configurable?

I did not find anything.

I'm having the same 1 hour issue.  According to my plan it should be happening every 5 minutes, but it is only checking once per hour. That will do me no good whatsoever.

In my case when I make a change to a Flow the Microsoft Form does not a trigger the Flow to kick off. It is as if the re-build of the Flow breaks the connection between the services. This is a repeatable and documented failure that I showed a Microsoft technician on a remote session. I'm hoping they can figure out what the root cause of the issue is soon. I want to use the Flow technology.....but there are other services out there such as Zapier.

Every time it changes the flow of the flow it resumes the contactor. You can not edit for one hour because after one hour it starts. But stop again until the next hour starts.

I have a Preview version of Microsoft Forms, and attempted a Flow yesterday, and it never triggered a run.  I turned off that flow, and created a new flow this morning, and it hasn't run in the last 20 minutes.  Based on what is stated is the above discussions, it may take an hour to trigger?!  Any update on the ticket?

@Natalie  When you use M. Forms so that the trigger is sending information it takes one, in fact, the flow only starts at each time from the creation or update of the flow.

It's funny how you can mark this issue as "solved". That must be easier than actually providing a fix for your busted "released too early, but still charging customers as if it worked" applications.

For the record, I never accepted that as the solution.

This is not solved

I have chosen the correct form and created a list and it only fired once after filling out the form. After that, it just stops working. I recreate the Flow, and then it might work and might not work. It's not consistent. I called support and they said that they were aware of the issue. So are they working on this, or just ignoring it? Thanks

I had created mine and it only seemed to work once. It was triggered after 5 minutes. I hadn't experienced the 1hr. It's super inconsistent. Trigger needs fixed. I tried a different Flow to see if I was doing something wrong and that flow worked perfectly.

Weird, shows the green checkmark... lol. I wonder why they did that.

We are experiencing the same issue. Flow does not seem to pick-up newly created  Microsoft Forms items. The flow we created actually worked once (first time we executed it) and that was is. I created a new Microsoft Forms form and a new Flow which should be triggered based on the receipt of new responses but nothing happens.

Any advice how we can get this fixed would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Lucas

Lucas, honestly the only advice you're probably going to find on this issue would be to not rely on this feature yet. I'm saving you time and energy by telling you to go down this path rather than to waste your time bashing your head in trying to work with MS support, or from searching tons of forums that all point to the same thing... Forms are sill in preview mode and will remain that way for a while. If everything in your form/flow is configured correctly (with permissions and appropriate fields), there is nothing else you can do but to wait for MS to actually fix it on their end.
