Multiple email address

Hi at all, I'm a new user of Microsoft Flow I use a flow that send email when new element is create on list A.
I want send same message to various users that are other list B.
How can I do ? how can i add dynamic users ?

Hi Kio2008,

Thanks for posting and welcome to Flow!

In this scenario you want your trigger to be from List A. When a new item is created.

You can use that to generate the body of your email via a Compose function.

To create the distribution list you would add in a “SharPoint -> Get Items” Action that gets Items from List B. Add some filter conditions if you only need certain users from list B.

Then use a “Apply to Each” Action against the Items you got from SharePoint and update a variable with each users email address. The tricks here are:

1. Initialise your variable “To addresses” at start of your Flow.

2. In the Apply to Each section, first create a Compose action called “Original To Addresses” and set it to the value of your variable.

3. Then set the variable to be the email address of the current user in the Apply To Each, followed but a semi-colon (;) followed by the value of the Compose action you set up in step 2.

This will build you your To list nicely.

Set this as the To field in the Send Email action and yoh should be good to go.

Could you provide more details about Dynamic Users.

How do you need to get the various users from List B, is it a field value in a single item, or is it a collection of values for the specified fields contained in all items?

Please provide details.
