Multiple selection people picker causes multi emails

Hi All,

I have a SPO list with a people picker column that allows multiple selection.

I created a FLOW and added the "Also Notify" to the CC of the send outlook mail event.

FLOW was nice enough to know to create a for each loop for the CC, but it also send out one email per CC recipient!!

This causes an email to go out to a group of people for each also notify person, there can be many people picked, how do I stop this? 

FLOW should be smart enough to know to just add those chosen few to the CC line and send ONE email.

Does anyone know how to prevent this?  This can be a show stopper for a new support ticket app I am building 😞

Since the person or group column allows for more than one entry, Dynamic properties returns a collection of email addresses.  All you need to do is to add a string variable, loop though the email addresses and append them to the string with a semicolon in between (;).  Use your variable in the email address section of the email.  Please see my example below and let me know if you have any questions.  My person or group column is named PGMulti.

Hi Followed same steps, in my case all must approve, so preparer of item creater getting 3 mail in case of 3 approver(all must approve) and if any approver reject then in that case he is getting 3 email, but ideally supposed to get only one email.

Please see below snapshot, in yes section approver and no rejection email configured

I tried the solution, and it adds an extra Apply To Each(7) Loop with Output = Value as soon as I select CCList Email in the Apply to Each(6) Append Step.

Is this ok, and why is it happening?

Just to give all the information.......

When I first added the Append Step, The Output defaulted to Value in the Apply To Each(6).

Also, CList Email was not available, only CCList in the Value Box

When I changed the Output to CCList, that is when the extra Apply To Each(7) was added and I was able to Change CCList to CCList Email in the Value Box of Apply To Each(6)
