Multiple sharepoint lits with one central database

I am hoping someone can please help me!!

I have multiple sharepoint lists that departments update during a project cycle, I want to pull the data from each list into a central database so all areas can be across the project at once.

An example of how I would like this to work is:

• Base project information - Project name, cost codes and project manager
• Project management - status of project with links to documents and other items
• Stakeholder - stakeholders communications, calendar and other important updates
• Budget - budget milestone dates and figures.
• All information - all information from above

1. Base project information added - flow to add items to all other lists (this I have completed)
2. update information - any item update will have the follow-on effect to all information lists (12 lookup tool error)

When I create my flow I get an error stating that there can only be 12 lookups. Is there a way around this or what kind of fields do I need to use? This will be a large database so we will have over 150+ fields.

it's a limit of SharePoint list itself you cannot have 12 lookup, managed metadata and person columns in SharePoint list. Although it works sometimes you need to avoid using the large number of these columns.

this is not an ideal choice you will be facing issues in Sharepoint as number of items are getting added to this list. Also you will face issues in the flows development, flow will take long time to load and the changes may not be saved properly . I had experience of dealing 200+ columns and faced many issues.

Thank you for this information, when dealing with 200+ did you change applications or how did you resolve your issues?

previous developer built it with 200+ columns its not a good practice so i broke it into 6lists. When it comes to displaying information: power app gallery i display information from a status list which display important info and status of requests. when you click on it you will be taken to a screen where i display the info in the form of tabs for each List.
