Good day experts! requesting for your kind help please. I've been solving this for a quiet sometime now and still cannot identify which causes this error. here's my formula for your reference. note that Endorser1, Approver1 & Implementers are person column in SP which allows multiselect. please tell me what is wrong. thank you!!

Are you using selected Items in combo box to update Multiselect Person Column?

What is Items of combo box?

However, if you can help me and to answer your question, I am using a DataCard value as I am using a Form. Here is the sample screenshot of my person column value:

Your DateCardValue is name of combo box. Have you tried the method I provided?

You need to check if DataCardValue.SelectedItems returns table in this format. The method use ForAll function traverse options to return a table.

"Mail" and "DisplayName" come from each option in combo box. So, the value of each option should be record contains "Mail" and "DisplayName" columns. This is why I asked your combo box's Items.

According to the method, please try to update one person column firstly as bellow.

1.Items of DateCardValue54.

Office365Users.SearchUser()

2.Endorser1 field in the Patch formula.

               {Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(Mail),

Does this error occur with every column? Or is it just Current Status that fails on update?

What is type of Current Status?

{Value:"New"} is a record not Text column expected data type. Please try "New" and test again.

Hi @v-mengmli-msft Apologies for the confusion, 'Current Status' is a choice column, thus, used the Value. Also, I am wondering why it has that error. By the way, when I checked the SP list, the data is there and successfully saved so I wonder why the same error appears when I clicked the save button?

Does Person column update successfully? Are there any formula on the button? Such as SubmitForm.

Try to add another button and just use Patch formula to check if the error will still show.
