Power Automate is not sending the correct email format.

Hello, 

I have a flow that will run everyday. 

This flow grabs the correct email address and the correct content, based on the condition. However in the email, I am sent 18 lines of content (due to the apply to each action). How can I adjust this flow to send a single email to the designated recipients, (there could be multiple lines that will be sent based on if the condition is met), with just a single line of what I need presented? 

The first condition checks if that column date time (converted to ISO 8601) is 10 days away from the current day

The second conditon checks if that column states "past due" 

The compose simply takes out the T00:00:00 from the ISO 8601 formatted date. 

If you have any questions of what the flow does, as of right now, or clarification on what I need it to do, please ask. 

I have gone down the Powerautomate rabbit hole and have tried manipulating this flow in many different ways, to no avail.

@Anonymous do you want to send single email to each recipient or single email to all recipients? Can you also share the screenshot of send email action for me to see what dynamic content you are sending the email?

I wiould like to send a single email of the total number of people who meet both or either condition.

@Anonymous if you just want to send single email then you have to move Send Email action outside of apply each action and put it after it. The email body you will have to build in the apply to each section by initializing variable in the beginning of the flow and the appending value of the email body to the variable in the apply to each action. Then use the variable within the send email, email body parameter

Initializing Variable in the "Yes" direct of the Condition? Then, I assume appending value outside of the apply each?

As a new user to Power Automate I am slightly confused, so my apologies. Is there any way you could show me an example of what you are talking about?

@Anonymous  there is a even better way to handle this than using Apply to each loop, the conditions that you are using, you can put one of the condition of matching Past Due in the filter query of List rows action itself, and then use Filter array to apply the date contains condition, then use Create HTML table with outputs of filter array, example shown below

"Syntax error at position 3.png" is an image of the List Rows input and the error I received. I have looked at different information blogs and sits for proper syntax but believe the syntax should be okay. 

"List Rows Output.png" Is an image of the output of the List Rows action. Could my problem be that my data is in that format? 

But even if I used your technique, I would still have an issue when sending an email. Because the column I need to specify would automatically apply an Apply to Each, and the coordinating "Supervisor" would not recieve the correct information for the person they are responsible for.

@Anonymous  the error you are getting is because your column name has spaces, the column names which are used in filter query should not have spaces in their names. So if you could remove spaces from 1st Review PAST DUE to make it 1stReviewPastDue and use it in filter query. I understand that you will still have to use apply to each, but apply to each will have lesser rows to iterate which will improve the performance of your flow e.g. if your excel has 100 rows but with filter you get 10 rows, then only those 10 rows will be iterated by apply to each.
