Power Automate pricing

Hi,

I have around 10 cloud flows that connect to a custom connector to create MS Forms and get their responses.

They also use a premium connector to populate MS Word documents.and another to get and send data to Dataverse.

Assuming I'm the only user, how much will this cost me, monthly?

Can anyone please advise?

Thank you!

You can check the Power Automate pricing on this page for the monthly cost of the "Per-user plan".

https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/pricing/

Just make sure to update the language (region) accordingly to see the local price for your country.

@LinnZawWin

Thanks 🙂

Will I pay 15USD per month?

Yes, that's the 15USD per month is the current pricing for US users.

Thank you so much.

Understanding pricing is a big issue for me.

I've managed to create an Azure billing policy which I associated with my Dev Environment.

After 3 months of usage, these are the costs:

WebPortal_0-1689016086345.png

How can this be, I mean, how is this even possible, if the cost is $15/month per user?

Any clue? I'm about to be fired from my job, due to this, so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

USD15/month is for the Powe Automate per-user licence. You need to purchase that licence from the M365 admin center and assign it specifically to the user who is going to own those cloud flows. That will allow the user to run cloud flows until it hits the request limits.

But instead of that, you signed up for a pay-as-you-go plan using an Azure subscription which charges based on the number of flow runs and that totals up to $1362.60. It is always recommended to set the spending limit for the Azure subscription during the development phase if you are not totally clear about the pricing of the service that you are signing up for.

@LinnZawWin

Thank you for the explanation.

It is a huge difference.. During development, we do run a lot of flows, because we are testing!

How about the API management? It is necessary for the custom connector. I have set an API in Azure and built the custom connector in Power Platform. Is this not included in the Power Automate licensing?

What's the pricing for this service, do you know?

Thank you

For power automation, it will only cost you $15/ Per user monthly. Azure subscription is different than Power Automate.

Thanks for sharing this.

I'm new to API management, so in the pricing page I see different pricing tiers (Consumption, Developer, Basic, ...).

How do I know which one I belong to?

I need to show my boss a cost estimation, considering a minimum of 5.000 to a maximum 15.000 API calls a month.

These are the API settings in Azure:

Thank you so much for your help here. Pricing/Azure is just too opaque to understand.

You should go for basic one.

Hello Team,

We already have a Power Automate plan premium ($15) plan but till now we have not fully focused on the pricing specifically on Azure side.

We have few (3-4) flows where we are using triggers, actions and connectors (Dynamics 365 F&O which is a premium connector).

I would like to know that how actions, triggers and connectors are playing a role to determine the cost if a flow is create and running.

An example will help to understand better.

Regards

@AnuR1

Power Automate plan premium allows the user to run *unlimited cloud flows.

* subject to Power Automate limit and Power Platform request limits.

Cost for Azure side is applicable only for pay-as-you-go plan and not for your Power Automate Premium plan.
