Power automate succeed but did not send email - send an email

Hello Guys, I have created a flow which sends a summary to a total of 94 users with 2000+ rows. The flow run successfully but my outlook did not send or push through just sent to 17 users then stopped sending. Any idea what causes this issue?

Just for me to understand, you're 90+ users to the "to" and sending one email or sending 90+ emails?

@manuelstgomes Yeah 90 users with multiple rows, first 17 got their email but the rest did not. Is there a limit on outlook or power automate?

The only limitation that I can find is that the email has to be less than 4Mb.

But I still have a question. You trigger the send email 90 times, and only 17 arrive, or you trigger it once with 90 people in the "to" field and only 17 receive it?

In either case, I would batch the sending to 10 each time. 90 is a lot of people, and even if Power Automate doesn't block it, there may be a limit that your 365 admin could have put in place to disalow mass email sending.

The strategy should be:

1. Send emails to 10 people
2. Wait a few seconds
3. Repeat

Please remember that the email servers are very picky with bulk emails. You'll be considered a spammer quite fast if you're not careful.

@manuelstgomes  the email only consist of pure text and an html table holding the summary. summary ranges from 1 row to a 50 max. If I manually pick 10 then send then it would be hard for me. Thanks for the insight and suggestion will look into it.

Don't filter on the rows. That's fine. Filter on the number of emails you send each time.

Can you please share the Power Automate and obfuscate anything private that you can't share so that I can have a better understanding of what you're trying to do and the issues.

The cause is with the loop it stopped looping after 100 times, is it a limitation on power automate?

Hi @nagestiada 

Yes, it fetches only 100 items. You can increase that limit, but I would advise breaking things down if possible. Making 2 or more calls fildered by OData expressions and parallelize parsing expressions to get to a final result.

I can guide you through the process, but do you see blocks that can be split and parsed individually?
