Power automate to download large Onedrive database to an external drive

Hi, I have a problem with Onedrive: I need to get my large file library (4+M files, 3+TB) from Onedrive for Business (hosted on sharepoint.com) to a local storage (an external drive). I have posted this problem on general MS forums and they linked me here (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-move-a-large-file-library-4m-files-3tb...), saying that PA should be better equipped to manage this issue.

The problem: trying to download files from Onedrive is painfully slow. Just a quick calculation gave me that given the Onedrive download speed, it would take 2 months to get that many files off of Onedrive (while it took less than day to upload using Sharepoint Migration Tool - unfortunately, the tool works only one way, no downloads, only uploads). My internet connection is fast (1 GBit/s), so the limiting factor is really the Onedrive app. When large files are concerned, the download speed is fine (capped by the internet speed), but when small files are being downloaded (and that is the majority of the file library), it slows down, downloading/syncing only ~50 files per minute. 

Is there a way to speed up the download using Power Automate, as Sophia Papadopoulos from MS suggests in the thread linked above? Could anyone help me build a PA script to do that? I have never used PA before, actually, never even knew it existed or what is it supposed to do.
I have already tried to use "rclone", a 3rd party syncing software, but no matter the settings, it always hangs after a few hundred files saying that Onedrive received too many requests and limited the connection ("too many requests" and "rate limited, increasing sleep").

Why not sync the OneDrive for Business folder down to your PC?  Let OneDrive do the work for you.

1) I don't have 3.5tb of space on my pc, but I do on an external harddrive. I'd have to do it piecewise, which is a bit impractical.

2) syncing with OD sync client processes about 50 small files per minute (no matter the size, if they are 1kb or 10mb), which means the process will take about two months... 

It is "just" about 3.5tb of data, my connection is 1Gbps, it shouldn't take this long.

Edit: 50 per minute. Initially it said per second, which was a typo and an honest wish..

You can try moving your OneDrive location to an external drive and syncing the files down.
