I have built an app created with 5 screens. The data is landing in sharepoint as expected and all buttons work. Essentially what I need to do to allow this form to be completed by several different people, but restrict certain pages to only certain groups. The app would be a work in progress throughout a week. HR creates the Evaluation Report on screen1. Screens 2-4 are completed by training, management and employee and they should only be able to see screens2-4. Upon completion on Screens 2-4 the form is sent back to HR to complete . Screen1 and 5 can only be seen by the HR group.
Is this possible? To keep the app working until completion and allow for the responsible parties to only have access to certain sections; to allow screen 1 and 5 to only be viewed and filled out by and HR group? Then screen 2 and 3 are filled out by the employee and his direct report. Screen 4 is sent to the manager and then screen 5 with all the previous screens data filled forms be completed by HR?

Screen1 is filled out by HR. Upon Completion it needs to be emailed/sent to the safety/training personnel to complete only page 2. Screen 1 and 5 can only be seen by an HR group.
Screen 2 is completed by the Safety/Training personnel. They should only be able to see this single page. Upon completion this form is sent/emailed to the supervisor or manager.
Screen3 is completed by the supervisor or manager. Upon completion/submitted, the form is sent to the employee.
Screen 4 is completed by the employee and upon completion is sent back to the HR people,
Screen5 is completed by HR whom needs the ability to review all the pages, comments and entries. They will complete the last page and submit as well as create a PDF within the app (PDF has not yet been Added). This data will continue to land in share point and a pdf created to be added to the employee file.
I'm not sure where to start with this one. Do I build this functionality into the submit buttons? How will the persons receiving their notification know how/where to open the app to the desired page? Maybe there is someone out there that wants to make a few extra bucks assisting me in creating this? Are there any videos or demos you might recommend that might help me complete this?
Perhaps this is not the right tool for the job?

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
