Replace row of data with new data from excel

Hello guys

Is it possible in power automate to replace a whole row of data using the data that comes from  an excel file?

Look at the photo below, I want the first 5 data to be replace with the file from excel.

Hi @Amirin ,

Yes, you can update an entire row; but you need a key column and key value to tell Power Automate which row you want to update.  From there, you map the updates to the columns in the "Update a Row" action. 

In the example below, I am only updating one column, but I could update the entire row if desired. Please mark as a solution if this is helpful!  Always glad to help! Tom

Can you show me how do I update it?

What I need is to update it with a data that comes from another excel. I have tried what you suggest here, but I failed..  thank you

Sure, can you provide some sample data from both excel sheets and give an example such as "...I want to update this row from sheet 1 to this row in sheet 2".  I need to see the real columns that exact, the data can be sample data. That would be very helpful to understand the task.  Always glad to help! Tom

While the data below is the excel data i want to replace the original data in my database.

Note, they are both in excel file.

This is your database File1, data in OneDrive, in Table 1

This is the file you want to update File2, data in OneDrive, in Table 1

In the apply to each,  I want to update file 2 with the contents from file 1 on the key 'Ticket ID'.  So notice in the Update Row action, the values I am posting are from File1 to update File2.

Also note:  if you are not familiar with 'Apply to Each' you don't have to add it, it will automatically be added once you start filling out the Update a Row action.  Always glad to help! Tom
