Save email attachment to SharePoint Document Library and autofill metadata

hi everyone,

I am creating a flow where, when I get an email with subject line containing "payment overview" and an attachment, the attachment gets autosaved into a particular document library in SharePoint with the metadata info filled out and then the person who emailed me gets notified that it has been added to sharepoint doc library. I am able to get the document into the library successfully but need help with the next step of filing in the metadata in the document library and notifying the email sender back.

Hi @MLTSD_OPS365 ,

Did you add these columns manually? If you want to update the contents of these columns after the file is created, you can add update file properties action.

Hello, thank you for your help. I followed the steps you showed and the flow works, except the attachment is not being downloaded properly, instead, the flow is downloading an image and not the PDF file:

I made sure to specify Attachment Contents in my Flow but when I checked my flow, the value got changed to this, every time I change back to Attachment Contents, it keeps reverting back to this

En el "File Content" te falta añadir '.pdf' después del Attachment.

If your attachment file is not a PDF, you will need to convert the file to PDF format first.

1.Save attachments to a folder;

2.Convert file to PDF;

2.Save above PDF to destination.

@v-mengmli-msft  the attached file can either be a PDF, or excel or Word, any attached file needs to be added to the sharepoint. The problem is, instead of saving the attachment, the flow is saving the email signature of the person
