Save specific email attachments from Outlook to SharePoint Online doc library

Never used Flow before.

I am trying to create a flow, that will save the attachment that is recieved in Outlook to SPO.

The conditions i have is that the subject will have different words and depending on those words the attachment will need to be saved to a designated sharepoint online doc library.

Need some guidance would be great if someone has screen shots of how to do this please.

I've done a test one and it failed:

At Export email (V2) in the error details is mentioned Id is malformed

Can you share a screenshot from your flow?

THere is a template to save attachments in a SP Library, not sure if you are working on top of it or not

Also in this post you can find a trick to specify multiple values

Do you need to save attachments from certain emails, or save the whole email in .eml format?

IF you just care about the .eml, the first scenario described in this post can be useful for you.

If you just care about attached files, then I would recommend this second post instead. Or, you try with the Template a mentioned in my first response. Please note both "Has attachment" and "Include attachment" inputs to your Trigger shall be set to True, while in your screenshot "Include attachments" is set to false.

It seems that you did not populate the expected Message-Id into Export email action.

If you want to export the entire email and save it as the .eml file to SharePoint Library, please refer to the following image:

If you only want to save email attachments, please refer to the following image:

Sorry for the offtopic, in the posts I shared both "Has attachment" and "Include attachments" inputs to Trigger shall be set to True, while in your screenshot "Include attachments" is set to false.

So, the value of "include attachments" doesn't matter in this scenario, right?

Thanks this works perfectly.

Whats the best approach if i have mutiple emails coming into the same mailbox but depending on keywords in the subject they need to be directed to a specific SPO doc library?

And to add another layer how do i create an email alert to users once the email attachment(s) have been added to SPO... as mentioned they would be in different doc libs, so ideally wouldnt want them all to user alert me on each doc lib?

HI

After the file is added to SharePoint, and the next time it runs, it then re-adds the file again, overwriting the previous file in SPO

How can i move the email once the attachment has been saved into SPO Doc lib i tried by first sending an email to show the attachment has been saved ot SPO but the move doesnt work :
