Send An Email on Behalf of someone Workaround

I haven't been able to find any workaround for this, but curious if anyone knows of one.

I am sending an email from Power Automate that is triggered when an item is created in a sharepoint list and that information is captured from a Power App.

I populate a word template and send a PDF of that file in an email from the flow. But the email comes from me because of the Microsoft permissions of sending an email on behalf of someone. Is there a workaround to be able to send an email from the one who created the entry in Power Apps without having to get permission from every user I have in my Power App?

"How to send an email in a Flow without changing the connection but have the email come from another user's mailbox. That can be done by changing the FROM field, under advanced options, in the Send an Email V2 action.  But for that to work the maker of the Flow must have Send As permission to the mailbox the email should come from.  That can be assigned by an Exchange Administrator or the person who owns the mailbox. This approach doesn't change ownership of the flow, only where the email comes from."

@umairalam That is an answer I wrote, but its not what @gstredny is looking for because it requires that the maker of the flow has Send on behalf of permission for everyone else's mailbox. It will work, but its not practical. He's looking for a way to send the email as the person making the change without setting additional permissions. There is no workaround for that scenario.

So I am looking for a workaround to that solution. I can't get permissions from all my users that can send an email as there are over 100. I was wondering if there was a way to not have get permissions from each user and just send an email based on the Power Apps user submission information. So like use the createdby email from the sharepoint list for the sent by email.

The only way to do that is to change the trigger to a manual trigger. For example, if the flow is called by a Power App then it will run in the context of the user who started the flow, not the maker. But there is no way to use the From except to change the permissions.

no way. Your requirement is a dream of a mail spammer/fisher (ability to send as anyone without permission).
