Send email with When an item is created or modified trigger

I have a SharePoint list with the following items:

EmployeeID	Overall Status	Training1	Training2	Training3
Emp1001	In Progress	Not Started	Completed	In Progress
Emp1002	Completed	Completed	Completed	Completed
Emp1003	Not Started	Not Started	Not Started	Not Started

Every time there's an update on each column, it should trigger an email separately for the status of each training. However, with the trigger I have, this would mean it will also send an email about the other column. For example, I updated the Training3. It would send me an email for the status of that column. Aside from that, it will also send me emails for the other columns, wherein I only want the email to be send when I update specific training. Is there a workaround for this?

I think there is a get updates action where the body response tells you what changed. I've never used it to be sure how it works. 

Other than that all I can think of off the top of my head is adding additional column(s) as a check box something like "Trigger Email" that can then be evaluated in the workflow. If the value is true/yes aka Checked then run the email and uncheck the box. otherwise do nothing.

Thank you for the suggestions. With the check box, will it trigger several emails if all of it were checked?

If you have a checkbox for training 1, 2 and 3 (so 3 checkboxes) so long as they are all changed in one edit item session I think it will be just one flow run. Within your flow you can then control via condition actions what gets sent for an email. You can do an if 1,2 and 3 are all checked send one email about all 3, or you can break it down to one email for each training if checked.

He probado la opcion de agregarle una condicion, en mi caso tengo una lista en shared point que al elegir con una de las opciones (Sin Respuesta, Resuelto) esta me gerera un correo.
