Send email with attachment of OneDrive

I have run the flow successfully, but I can't open the excel.

I also tried changing the attachment content to 

base64(body('Get_file_content')), but still can't open the excel.

Could you please give a support? Thanks a lot~~

Hi, @Will_Zhong 

This is a known issue in new Designer , you can delete the action and re-create in the old designer to test:

Yes, I have run it and open it in the old version successfully. 

But in the old version, I met a problem:
When an email arrives, I want to get the photo attachment and put it into a new email attachment with a excel from OneDrive.

I test it successfully. I can open the excel, but I can't open the photo. 

Coud you please give me a support?  Thanks a lot~~

Below is the email, as you can see, it looks only one attachment.

But I see the Json code of it, it seems to be two attachments.

Now I delete the condition action. 

I received two emails, but I didn't open the photos.

The size of two photos is wrong, it reads 927 bytes, but the original size is 143KB.

I do not know where wrong is. Could you please help me?

Thanks for your quick response! And sorry for my delay response due to having launch.

According to your screenshot , this error code means that the Attachment content is null or empty.

Can you show your output of your trigger?

And i will test it in my side and reply to you.

Thanks for your quick response! Glad to hear that it works now! As after you change to the old designer , you can click Manual test to create a new test in your flow.
