'Send email with options' issue - flow not triggered by response

Hello,

Please can I have help with the following issue:

I have a flow set up that has email triggers. The first is 'When a new email arrives' and the second is a response to the 'Send email with option action'. The image below shows the steps where the flow gets stuck:

To confirm, the 'Stamp PDF', 'Saving...' and 'PosterEmail...' actions all work. An email is received with the options and the PDF is saved. I suspect that the response from the email is not detected, therefore disrupting the flow. For full clarity, this is the next section of the flow:

My questions and queries are:

1. Why is this happening in the first place?

2. Why is Power Automate preventing me from seeing the successful steps of the flow, thus preventing me from understanding the stumbling block?

The flow has had a successful run, but I would like some troubleshooting advice to help me prevent this from ever happening again.

"I suspect that the response from the email is not detected, therefore disrupting the flow."

Do you mean you think the flow stuck at this condition? Does the "Selected..." dynamic content originates from this action?

To verify your suspect, you can put this "Selected..." dynamic content into a "Compose" to see what value it retrieved. 

As all these actions belong to "Make stamped pdf" loop, it won't tell you which action exactly block the process until it runs into a error to stop or finally run till the end successfully. It just how Power Automate works.

You need to check these actions one by one to confirm which one cause the issue. So, I recommend you create a copy for troubleshooting steps.
