Sending Email with Option to Multiple People in Sharepoint List

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to send an email with Options (Yes/No) to all the email addresses in the Sharepoint List as below : 

The Finance Controller column is the Person or Group type that contains the contact and has single person for every row. 

The problem is i tried sending a single email to all the email addresses in the Sharepoint list without sending individually like this (the example has 3 recipients) but only one of them could respond to Yes or No option and the flow is successful. 

What i want is the "To" field should contain all the email address so that i am sending only a single email instead of sending individually to each email. Also, i need all the recipients to respond to the email option (Yes/No). 

I am new to Power Automate and having a hard time to create this flow, please help me.

If you want all of the individuals to respond, you'll need to send individual emails.  No way around this when using a send an email with options action.

As an alternative, you might consider an approval action configured to use custom responses and configured so that everyone must respond.

I did something like this and i was able to send all 3 recipients (in this case i was the 3 recipients and i received 3 emails), also i was able to choose the option from all three emails. My workflow looks like this :

Not sure if i will encounter any errors in future, but it works fine currently. I will try with different recipients and update here!

I'm glad that you got this working!  That said, it looks like there is one email going out for each row returned by Get items.  If that is the case, you can simplify your Flow quite a bit - see my example below.  I am using the Created By email but that doesn't matter - any person or group column that can contain only 1 name will work.

Also, since you are using a Send an email with options action, your Flow will pause on each email until it gets a response and then send the next one - probably not what you want.  To have all the emails sent at the same time, go to the settings for the loop and turn on concurrency and set the degree to a reasonable number that is above the number of emails that you'll be sending at once.

Thanks for the assistance. Created by email would be my email since i am the one creating the items, so I guess i couldn't simplify on that because i need the email sent to the person in the column of Finance Controller (which i will be creating the information). 

And i also found out about concurrency settings yesterday, so i was able to send the emails simultaneously to all the recipients. Thanks again !!

When i said it worked, the Finance Controller column had my email for 3 rows (so 3 recipients right) and when i run the flow, i received 3 emails as well. 

Today i tried with someone else's email (mine and another person) but ended up each of us getting 2 emails. How do i solve this ? When i took out the apply for each function (for the value from Get Items) we are able to receive only 1 email but also again, only 1 of us able to answer the option. 

How do i solve this ?

I suggest using my example above.  As I mentioned in my original post, I used created by email just as an example.  Substitute the column that contains the email address that you would like to use.
