Sharing my Microsoft Flow flow asks for full access rights

Hello,

I created my own flow, but when I want to share it, it says that it will give many or all access rights to that person.

I quote:

"Owners of the flow will have full access to all connections in the flow and the content within the connected accounts. Owners are not required to add connections to their own accounts, and can take any actions in existing connections and their content."

and then below when scrolled after the Planner icon (not visible in the screenshot):

"Only add owners to a flow if you wish to share full access to all connections and the content within them. If you want to have someone else edit a flow offline without granting access to connections, you can export your flow. "

This flow uses generic values, no hardcoded email addresses, but it still says the person with whom I share this flow gets full access rights to my email account? How can I share my flow without giving any access rights to that person?

The message you see is telling you that anyone you add as an Owner can use the connections in the Flow in this, and only this Flow.  There is no getting around this.  Flow actions need to use a connection and it is your connection that is being used.  You could have a "service account" created specifically for use in Flows and create and use a connection for the service account rather than your own account.

If you export the Flow as suggested in the second message, users could import the Flow and, when they do, they will be prompted to provide their own credentials which will be used for the Flow connections - your account will not be used.

What is your goal in sharing the Flow?  If they don't need to edit the Flow, you may not need to share it.

Hello Scott,

the goal is to provide certains users with certain template flows, because I couldn't find such a flow, I created my own. And when I share the flow with users, I can just say: "Use this flow I created", instead of providing instructions on how to create the same flow as I already have created it.

It sounds like your best bet is to export your Flows and provide users with instructions for importing (maybe a short video?).

Have you experimented with exporting and importing Flows?
