Switch Statement Without Implementing Auto-Generated "Apply to Each"

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone could assist me with this issue I'm having. I tried numerous things but I keep getting this auto generated "Apply to Each" every time. Perhaps someone knows a better way in which I can get the desired outcome.

My Current Flow:  My flow starts when a form is submitted. The request gets sent to the 1st-Approver, if they approve of the submitted form then it will go to the 2nd-Approver, if they approve of the form as well, then it goes to the 3rd-Approver (FinalApprover) and he will either approve or reject that request. The individual who submitted the form will then receive an email with the outcome "Request Approved" or "Request Rejected".

I have 5 Plants (Factories), each plant has a 1st-Approver, a 1st-Alternate Approver, a 2nd-Approver, and a 3rd-Approver (FinalApprover), 4 x Approver s in total. I have a SP list of all the Approvers and the different Plants that they are allocated to.

Basically, what I am trying to accomplish now is when a Requestor fills out the form and they select the PlantCode on there, and submit the form, then I would like to automatically retrieve the necessary "Approvers" responsible for that specific Plant.

I have tried to accomplish this by doing it the following way (Screenshots below), I get a the SP list of all the Approvers and Plants they are allocated to, then For each "Approver" - I have, "Initialize Variable" then I use a "Switch Statement" and then I "Set Variable" inside the switch, but I get a auto-generated "Apply to Each" every time I do so, obviously because there's multiple approvers right? How can I resolve this?

Could any one please advise on the correct/better approach to achieve this?

Thanks for any feedback.

@Electr0Nucleu5 From MS form you are creating items in SharePoint list. Then you can use get item instead of get items.

it would be better if you could share complete flow screen.

Hi there,

Well, I think the easiest way is going to be to run your "Get Item" under each case. Get Item will only return one row, and since it's a matrix of your plant codes, you'll know the set-in-stone SharePoint for the row ID that associates to each plant. So you can hardcode that, to get rid of any looping through multiple returns.

For having multiple approvers in a field and wanting to set them to a task (for example), just make sure you select the name of the column without a quantifier (like "ManyPeoples Emails" or "ManyPeople DisplaNames") and it will let you just plop it in there.
