Using Condition function to get newest data while using Recurrence function in the flow. Creating row automatically by using Telegram Bot

I have a project requiring add a row into a table after getting information via Telegram Bot. Basically, when I send messages "A", "B", "C" to Telegram Bot, the Bot will receive the data and create rows including:

- "ID" column ( which means the series of the text, for example "A" indicated as 1 because this is the first message I sent, "B" is 2 because this is the second, "C" is 3 because this is the third ) ,

- "Text" column (which means "A", "B", and "C" I have just sent as the messages in the previous step).

The situation is when I send another message "D", I need to trigger the flow manually again to add the row with "D" information. If not the row would not be updated. So I create the Recurrence function which means in every 60s the flow would be triggered automatically. However, it will create the rows with "A", "B", and "C" again besides creating "D" with ID "4". And I just need they add "D" ONLY with the ID "4", without repeating "A", "B", and "C" again.

I am working on Condition function but I still cannot sort it out. Please help!

@HaiNguyen202  Please use list row present in a table with filter query for your Text column. And then use length function to get number of count if count is zero it means new entry .In your case that should be 'D'.

Please check the image attached. 

Firstly, I text A B C to the Bot, so the first three rows is indicated the information of A B C. Then I text D only, and trigger the flow again. Instead of printing only "D" rows, they print B and C. (I set offset is -3 to read only the three newest value). Can you see the duplicate value I highlighted (notice on the last number of "ID" column only you can see the problem)? that is my problem. Now what I just need is when I text D, they would print only D and its information, not printing the previous data.

The proplem has been solved with the length function. Now they just write the newest value appearing without any duplicate value. Thanks a lot!
