Using Microsoft Forms alongside Power Automate

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone might be able to point me in the direction of resources or user guides that might help me to complete the following task. 

I work for a charity that uses evaluation forms to assess the impact that our work has on our service users. We use likert scales to carry out an evaluation at the start of our work and again at the end of our work and look to see if their likert scale answers shows an improvement in their overall wellbeing. 

What I would like to do is to move the evaluation forms onto Microsoft forms and then get Power Automate to populate the data for me onto Excel so that it creates a data set that I can then use to help create reports etc. What I am struggling to find out, is whether it is possible to get power automate to take two sets of data (initial assessment and closing assessment), populate it into one spreadsheet and be able to tell me what our impact has been over a period of time. For instance, if we evaluate 200 people over a quarter, at the end of that quarter is it possible for Power Automate to tell me what our overall impact has been? (i.e. 90% of people said that they felt safer). 

I hope that makes sense. At the moment we populate our evaluation database manually, so we are desperate to find a tool that can do it for us automatically.

What you are describing sounds possible.  Out of the box, PowerAutomate lets you query tables in excel, but if you are happy to explore a script builder in Excel Online, it's possible to build your own excel action and perform calculations on the data you collect, including the creation of charts which can be automatically sent to Teams/Email or saved to file.  Take a look here https://youtu.be/Tj2jasorczU where I use a MS Form to capture responses and turn these into charts.  I filter by manager in my demo, but you could filter by month or period.

I should also say, that you can build a form direct from Excel - no need to build a flow to move the initial responses to excel.
