Using a form and a time to trigger an a process

I would like to find a way to make a loop conditional on either a form being updated or a time limit reached.

We have a flow which takes an input from a form and updates a sharepoint list, then sends out a link to a form which asks for more information. Once the second form is submitted the flow updates a sharepoint list and is done. My issue is if they never submit the second form the flow will stay running until I manually have to cancel it.

I'm looking for a way to add a time restraint which basically says if you haven't submitted the second form and it is over 48 hours later, exit the flow gracefully. Is there anyway to do this?

Hi @Mark-Dempsey 

Yes this is doable. You can set a time out to the forms get response action and configure an email send action that activates once the get response action has timed out. You can refer to the screesnshots below:

You can also set a retry policy to get the form response details for the second form and after a certain time this action can be timed out and an email action can be triggered based on the tie out settings.
