Using a recurring MS Forms that automatically syncs in with the Excel form using Power Automate.

I am going crazy over an error that I cannot seem to find.

I created a MS Forms, then created a table on Excel and gave it a name. Then I logged on Automate and followed this path: When a response is submitted (MS Forms) + Get response details (MS Forms) + Add a row into a table (Excel for Business). It keeps giving me an error every time I try and save the flow, the message is "Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/TOC.FOCs Updates'.'."

I tried looking again into the Add a row into a table and asked AI what the issue was, it said: The error message suggests that there is an issue with the parameter 'item/TOC.FOCs Updates' in your flow. To resolve this error, you need to review the action where this parameter is used and ensure that it is correctly configured. Check if the parameter name is spelled correctly and that it matches the expected input. Save the updated flow and try running it again. If the issue persists, you may need to seek further assistance from the Power Automate community or Microsoft support.

I followed word by word a Youtube tutorial and nothing seems to work and it's driving me crazy. Can someone help?

Try removing the add a row action and then add back again.

If that doesn't work, then remove the action, save the Flow and exit the Flow.  Then, open it up again and add the add a row action again.

Thank you for the reply. I followed your actions and once again it said "Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/TOCs.FOCs '.'."

I created one from scratch and saved the first two actions, to then go back and add the final Excel action.

Same error message came up. Really unsure what to do!

I found a solution!

Apparently my Flow was not supporting any text containing "/".

What I did is removing any "/" from the Forms questions and the Excel I created just to be sure.

And my flow seems to be working fine now.
