Yes it possible but is a bit more tricky. You'll have to identify each days of week and exclude the ones which equals 0 or 6 (week starts on sunday (0) and ends on saturday (6)). That would give a flow like this:
"Get day before" compose expression:
addDays(variables('TargetDate'), -1)
Increment variable DayCount expression:
if(and(greater(dayOfWeek(variables('TargetDate')), 0),less(dayOfWeek(variables('TargetDate')), 6)), 1, 0)
"Target date" compose expression:
formatDateTime(variables('TargetDate'), 'yyyy-MM-dd')
So, set the number of days you want before today in loop condition:
It will return the date 7 working days before today (excluding today, if you want to include today in count, initialize DayCount variable to 1). Example: Today 02/05/2024 minus 7 working days gives 02/23/2024. There are 2 week-end between.
And your filter expression becomes:
equals(formatDateTime(item()['Modified'], 'yyyy-MM-dd'), formatDateTime(variables('TargetDate'), 'yyyy-MM-dd'))

First, using less() you'll get any item modified n day(s) ago + all before. If you want to get only items modified n day(s) before replace less() by equals() and format dates to 'yyyy-MM-dd" to get rid of time.
Actually, you won't be able to get rid of WE using such expression, showed you previously how to exclude WE from date range and as far as I know we can't get equivalent result using only expression functions. So I would adapt my previous proposition that way to get all required past modified dates as you want different (-1, -2, -3, -5, -7 and -14):
Where "Apply to each" from:

Right "Do until" condition operand:
items('Apply_to_each')
"Past dates array" expression:
outputs('Target_Date')
results:
Then, adapt your filter expression that way:

Remark: just figured out as I was adapting your expression that I forgot "4" in the array, but it was to illustrate how I would do 😉

Also if I try to add Initialize variable for Reset TargetDate then it says Initialize variable can only be used at the top level.

If you have set [1,2,3,4,5,7,14] as PastDayCountArray then outputs of "Past dates array" compose is:
So:
- outputs('Past_dates_array')[0] is the date corresponding to addDays(utcNow(), -1)
- outputs('Past_dates_array')[1] is the date corresponding to addDays(utcNow(), -2)
- ...
- outputs('Past_dates_array')[6] is the date corresponding to addDays(utcNow(), -14)
Now you just have to replace your:
less(item()?['Modified'], addDays(utcNow(), -N))
By:
equals(formatDateTime(item()['Modified'], 'yyyy-MM-dd'),outputs('Past_dates_array')[<index of corresponding date>])

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
