Is it possible in Microsoft Lists to generate a comprehensive list from several smaller lists? If so, can this main list be configured to automatically update as changes are made to the child lists?

Hi @NiklasBoehler ,

Do you want to create a primary table and child tables? Do you want the primary table to contain the contents of all child tables, and when the child tables are updated, the primary table is also updated?

First thing: your main table needs columns to store the data of the child tables. For each child table, you can copy the child table contents to the primary table in this way.

When copying a child table to the primary table, you can create a numeric column in the main table to store the ID column of the child table records and a text column to store the name of the child table, which helps the synchronous update of the main table and the child table.

1.Get items in child table.

2.Create new items in main table.

Second thing: about synchronous updates of primary and child tables.

1.Select the trigger and join the child tables.

2.Filter the main table:

Filter query: ColumnName1 eq ChildTableName1 and ColumnName2 eq ID.

3.Judge the value in get items.

If the value is empty, the next action is creating a new item.

If the value is not empty, the next action is updating the item.

The expression in condition:

empty(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])
true
