get data from sharepoint send to different excels and send to different users

Hi,

  I have an issue,
 i have data in Sharepoint. need to get data and keep in excel.That Excel has 100 rows of data.

i have column called 'Department' i need to create different excel document for each Department.

then after creating excels i need to send those excel files via Email to each 10 groups.

How can i send different excel to different users?

how can i differentiate data in excel based on column?
can someone help me with this issue

@Madhukiran  you can use Get Items action to get data from SharePoint, then you can get unique name of departments from output of Get Items. You can loop through each department using the apply to each action and within the apply to each action, you can create excel

i am having 100 users..10 users has India 10 users has USA departments...

first point is i need to filter who are from India but that India team mail address i need to fetch from another share point list.. then create excel..then for USA users ...like that i need to do that in a loop..finally i need to send email to those departments mail address

@Madhukiran as you mentioned you have a department column, you can fetch the data from the list using Get Items with Filter Query as below, replace Department with your column name

Department eq 'India'

Then as you mentioned you have email address in different list, how is that list structured, can you share so that i can advise how to fetch data from that list?

yes the problem is that department column in table 2 is LOOKUP of table X...which we are not using...

based on Department/value eq 'LIGO' i am not getting data....i want  get all items based on LIGO..and need to send an excel..

it teird to get from department/ID...its not the getting value from my actual get items..only based on department value i need to group

@Madhukiran  So Department ID is the lookup column in your list? and not the department Name?
