getting a folder name as a variable

Hoping you might be able to help me with what I hope is pretty simple, I’m building a flow, that will copy a selected document from our client files to a separate site/library that is then published via our client portal for our clients to be able to access the shared (copied) documents, I have the flows working to “publish” a document and a second flow to “unpublish aka delete” the shared document.

The only issue I have is I want to be able to pull the company name from the source file path, to then place it in the destination file path

Below is the library showing the full path to a particular file with “Files” being the library name, the depth of folders after the client name can change depending on our internal folder structure and this is different for every client.

The destination site and library is below and I need to be able to identify the source company name “ZZRhys Jones” so that the copied document is placed within this folder, it is this client folder “ZZRhys Jones” that is ultimately shared with our individual clients.

i get the error

If the Customer Name is aways in the format Files/Active/CUSTOMER_NAME/Other_folders then you can just split the full path of the file by / and get the item at index 2.

The below expression is using an action called Get file properties (not sure what you use to get the actual file) and splits it on '/', then retrieves the 3rd item (index 2).

split(outputs('Get_file_properties')?['body/{Path}'], '/')[2]

The first item would be Files, second item would be Active, and third item would be whatever the Customer Name is.

Again, this assumes that the Customer Names (folders) are located under Files/Active/.
