send an email notification v3 not working when too many recipients

Hope someone can help with this.

I have a flow which at the end of all the actions, sends a notification to a list of 10 people in the To: and 7 people in the CC:... This was not an issue until just recently. The email is no longer being sent and there is no flag in the flow history (Flow is succeeded).

I was able to narrow down the issue to the recipients when i noticed that the flow would actually send when there was only 2 recipients.

Is there a known issue on the amount of recipients allowed? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @MwanunduSai ,

I am not aware of such a limitation in the Mail connector.  The only one revolves around the number of API calls (individual emails sent) in 5 mins and 24 hours.  Have you exceeded this?

If you aren't getting errors, do some recipients get the email or does everyone not get it?  Have you checked if they are in spam/junkmail?

There might be also some white listing etc required especially if it thinks its spam.  Read more about it here.

no recipients are receiving messages. Nor is it being sent to spam. 

I do seem to have found a workaround solution. By putting all recipients into a variable and then using that variable in the email seems to be working and sending out the mail. However as multiple recipients (not sure of the exact number) directly in the to column, the email is not being sent out.

It might be power automates way of avoiding automate from being used to spam emails? This seems to be very recent though since it worked earlier.

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow before you made the change?

I created a variable where i individually put in the emails prior to the send email. 

Previously it was just the different (10 or so emails in the To:)

After a few days running it has come to my attention that the email is only going to the CC list and not to anyone in the To:.. Any idea why this is still happening. Might this indicate it is not an issue with the flow?

This is turning into a frustrating manner.
