Create a Public View for table within Model-Driven App

Hello.  I've recently had a client come to me asking why he can no longer create a view from within the model-driven app I've built.  I've went into the model-driven app, and I see the same issue with my account.  Previously, select users would be able to go to any of entity screens and select Create View form the ribbon.  I don't believe any of the assigned security roles have changed, so I'm unsure why none of us have this option anymore.  Did Microsoft remove this feature from the model-driven app interface or is there a possible change to the security role configuration that has removed this feature?  If the latter, what privilege needs to be assigned to the custom security roles?

The new way to create a view is to filter/sort the current view first.  You can do this on the viewable columns themselves or in the Edit Column or Edit Filters area.

Once this is done, a "Save as new view" option will appear under your view selector (see image).

@KyleSchroeder , The view which creates from model driven app is not a public view it's a private view. Which will be visible only for the user who creates and it can be shared later with others.

To create a view, you can select any public view select edit filter add respective filters and save as new view as @KyleRichardson1 suggested.

@KyleRichardson1 - Thanks for the response, Kyle .  The only issue with making views using the "Save as new feature" is that it makes them private.  I know users can share them out to other users and groups, however the "Create view" link I showed in my screenshot allowed users to make public views.

@Prakash4691 - Thanks for the response, Prakash.  My main question is did the "Create view" link that was in the ribbon (like the one in my screenshot) get removed as an available feature or did the users privileges get changed.

Hi @KyleSchroeder , It may be removed as part of the feature. "Create view" still takes you to adv find where user can create only private view not public. Public view is part of an entity. If private view want to be created make sure user has necessary privilege set for "saved view" entity in security role and they can create using classic or modern advanced find.
