Hi,

Strangely, getting this script error form the order and opportunity forms:

There are no enabled JS Onload event.

(Order)

Web resource method does not exist: Mscrm.Form_onload. However the closest object we found is Mscrm that contains these properties: ManageProcessActionDialogActions,WorkflowWebResource,ManageSwitchProcessDialogActions. The Error Log produced:

What's really strange, is that only I get this error. Other users who use the SAME login as me, do not get this error. The Business Rules to hide 2 fields on the form don't work for me, but work for the other users(using the same login).

Note that I have cleared CACHE, COOKIES, and have tried in Chrome and Edge. Same script error comes.

Why is this happening? It looks like the error is coming from OOB MS JS.

Hi @mild7 ,

Things to check:

1. Are you looking into the exact form where JS is deployed?

2. As per your code, it seems like the function 'Mscrm.Form_onload' does not exist when you are loading the record. Open your console and do check if you find the function.

3. Make sure that changes made all saved and Published then refreshed the browser couple of times ensuring latest updates are received. (It might take max 1-2 mins to load new script, hoping that no checkpoints are set in old script)

4. Finally ensure that you are calling the exact same name mentioned in the script.
