LookUp Column with multiple fields returned

Within a custom Dataverse Table, how do I create a new LookUp Column that will return multiple fields once selected? 

Example

Orders Table has a LookUp Column called Accounts (from Accounts table). 

When creating a new record into Orders, I want to choose 1 record from Accounts and automatically also return several other columns from the Accounts table associated with the record selected

This is simple to do in SharePoint but Dataverse seems to be a bit bumpy.

In Dataverse a LookUp column doesn't return a 'field' from the other table, it returns the whole record.

How are you using your table?

In Model Driven Apps, you can reference 'related tables' in your views, which allow you to access all the fields of related tables.

In Canvas Apps, you would reference Order.Account.'Account Name' to get the 'Account Name' related field.

If that doesn't suit, you can use a PowerFX Column to pull through data from related tables.

If it is a Model Driven App, you can achieve this by creating a 'Quick View' form (in the Accounts table) with desired fields and placing it on the Order form. One of my previous posts (link below) may be of some help as I explained it in detail there using screenshots:

Quick view is what you’re looking for. Add a quick view control to view the data from another table. Remember that Dataverse is a relational database so you don’t ’import’ data, you create a relationship to another data object. In model driven app views, you add a ‘related’ column to view it like SP Lists.
