Unable to Create new Table

Hey, 

I have been playing around with powerapps and dataverse for almost a month. 

Last week had no issues. This weekend signed in and went to create a new table Asset and it spat out an error 

"No rows could be found for entity with id .... if entity were published" 

So thought that is weird so I hit create again and it spat a new error

"Failed to create entity with logical name cr021_asset and object type code -1. Exception: Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Identifiers cannot match existing object names. An object of type Entity with same name cr021_Asset already exists." 

So...okay maybe it published the table but I cant find it anywhere? 

This same process has happened 3 times for me trying to add different names to the a new table and the 2nd try says its created already.  

 I put in a support ticket with Microsoft, I sat in a queue for 6 hours today saying I was 2nd in line and it never changed. 

Anyone have an idea?

Check the user roles assigned to the current user who is attempting to create the tables. By default, only Dynamics 365 Service Admins, Power Platform Admins in Office 365, System Administrators, and System Customizer roles have the necessary privileges. If there are no roles assigned, you can try assigning them to the user and then retry.

If the user does not have any roles assigned, you can assign a role to the specific user. If you have access to Microsoft 365 Global Admin, you can try assigning roles to the user by following these steps to assign a service admin role:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center as a global admin.

2. Go to Users > Active users and select a user.

3. Under Account > Roles select Manage roles.

4. Select to expand Show all by category.

5. Under Collaboration select either Dynamics 365 administrator or Power Platform administrator.

6. Select Save changes.

In Australia I was able to create some dataverse tables about 8 hours ago. Just sharing data. Sounds like a nightmare for those experiencing this issue, hopefully it gets fixed real soon!

Hello there, as mentioned by @LunatikDev, there is currently an issue that is impacting multiple users. It appears that the problem is related to the new UI and has been confirmed by Microsoft. For further details, you can refer to this thread.
