Hi @veeru_d,

I think there are a few options:

  1. First thought was using Office 365 SDK to build a Outlook add-in: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/quickstarts/outlook-quickstart?tabs=yeomangenera... However you are not using the Power Platform for this.
  2. You can probably achieve this with Power Automate. When a new email arrives trigger with the Exchange Connector V3, check the body of the email, if it contains the download link, then perform a HTTP action to the download link to get the file. After that, you can use the SharePoint connector to upload the file to SharePoint. This option assumes though there's some kind of convention for the download link, otherwise, it would get more complex to determine if the link is a download file versus standard hyperlink.

Hi @veeru_d

Could you please share more details about your requirement?

Does the download link mean attachments?  If not, could you please share some examples.

I have the same question as @veeru_d.

The details I have is I receive an email from a specific sender each month with a link to download a csv file with information on the machines that were working that month.  I want to automatically download that csv file from that link to Sharepoint.

Hi @NathanWassink, have you tried Power Automate like in the example given in the previous post? This should work. If you've had tried and having issues, would it be possible to elaborate of those issues? Cheers!

Hi Eric,

I have a similar situation and i am new to Power automate.

Could you share the step by step information coz i am new to power Automate and i am not able to figure out the expressions which used.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Akshay_Aso-, not sure if you resolved it yet, but best to start a new post/thread and ellaborate exactly what you're trying to do with Power Automate and attachments. Where are the attachments coming from, using Dataverse, etc? Cheers

Hi @EricRegnier
I have a similar situation in which I receive download links in my outlook mail from iCIMS. They send me a link and once you click it opens up a browser and the xls file downloads. How could I create a flow to automate this process and save into a OneDrive folder?

Hi @cgarza, have you tested out my original post showing an exmaple? If so, what type of error are you getting? Cheers

I tried following your original post, however I had some trouble doing so. Would you be able to expand the fields circled in red as you have in the "check if emails have download link" field. I'm not to familiar with variables or with the  HTTP action so am not sure what to include in those fields.

I appreciate your help!
