Can a user with an assigned Power Apps Premium license have read and write access to the Order entity in the dataverse?

We have an environment with users who are licensed on D365 Customer Service Enterprise licenses, sales attach and some users with just Power App Premium licenses.

In the licensing guide table for Powerapps it says D365 licensed users have full dataverse access (see attached table image)

We have users on the system that use D365 Customer Service Enterprise with Sales Attach licenses.

I would like to know as order is not a restricted entity (same as quote and invoice) if a user with a D365 Customer Service Ent. user actually needs a Sales attach license if they only need read and write access to the Order entity.

Equally does a user with only a Power App Premium licence get read/write access to the order entity if they dont have any kind of Dynamics licence applied to their user profile?

Order is/was classed as a complex table, but it says complex tables are applicable only for the older Power Apps Plan 1 and Plan 2 licenses, and not for the latest Power Apps per app and Power Apps per user plans.  Then refers you to this document: Power Apps licensing guide

I cant find anything in this guide that would help me answer my question.

Hope somone can clarify for definite and post links if appropriate.

Hi @SmartImpJohn For what I know this might technically work, but is not allowed. Access to most Dataverse data in an environment running Dynamics 365 Apps is only allowed by using Dynamics 365 licenses. When it's only Read access, then it might be allowed. See Licensing Guide text below:

Dynamics 365 applications use Dataverse capacity and features to store and secure data. Power Apps users
who have a Power Apps license may use custom applications to access (that is, create, read, update or delete)
any Dynamics 365 non-restricted table in the Dataverse. However, Power Apps users and devices that need to
create, update, or delete data in Dynamics 365 restricted tables must be properly licensed for Dynamics 365.

Question is, is ORDER a restricted table?

Yeah this is dilema.  Its not listed as a restricted table.   Our thinking is that if "Order" couldnt be used then why is it not listed as a restricted entity.  In theory everything else not listed as a restricted table should be fair game right?.  For example Account and Contact (and many others) are listed under whats included in the Dynamics 365 Sales License in the D365 Licensing guide, but we know these are fully accessable in the Dataverse.  I just cant seem to get an official response.
