Unable to see environment + update user roles

Hi All,

My administrator created a new environment and added me to the environment by following the specifications provide in the official documentation (link)

Unfortunately, even after 12 hrs. I'm still not able to see the environment he created in the environment selector either in the make.powerapps portal or in the admin portal.

Also, now when he is trying to access the admin center to provide me explicit access via 'manage roles' option, that is not visible to him any more. Can you please let me know what rights he should provide me so I can get access to the new environment and what rights should our global O365 admin provide to my administrator so that he can see the 'manage roles' option in the admin center.

PS.. Just for info, he created a environment as 'sandbox', have enabled 'CDS' but disabled dynamics features.

Controlling user access to the environment has the following two main points:

• security groups
• licenses

Could you confirm whether you are in the specified security group?If not, you can ask the administrator to add you to the group.

2\Could you tell me if you have the corresponding lincese?(per app plan/per user plan……)If not, you can go to the administrator for help.

So I have had this same issue where I was added to an environment but couldn’t see it. The solution is to have the admin create a simple canvas app with you and share it with you. Once you log on to the app you will then see the environment

Coincidentally, yesterday, I came across the same issue. 

I have a test user, it has:

• Access to our Power Platform Test environment via a security group.
• It's been assigned a security role, which is a copy of the "Common Data Service User" security role, but with custom entities enabled.
• It has an Office 365 E5 license.

I imported a canvas into our Power Platform Test environment, shared the app with the test user, the test user can access and interact with the app, yet, in make.powerapps.com it still can only see the default environment.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
