Sharepoint Integration Error: No list could be found with the relative URL listUrl

I've been trying to implement Sharepoint integration to my Customer Self-Service Portal.

I've followed the documentation on Managing Sharepoint Documents here:

My issue is that I've followed these steps and the following Error displays on my Portal:

No list could be found with the relative URL listUrl. Ensure that document management has been enabled for the entity.

What my setup is:
I created a new entity just for holding documents to display on the Portal.

Our Dynamics 365 is using Sharepoint Site A as it's default Sharepoint site for document management.

I setup my entity to use Sharepoint Site B as it's document management using a Document Location entity.

Sharepoint Site B is a child site to Sharepoint Site A.

Another issue I seem to be facing is that when I setup the Document Location entity I get the warning/error that the URL doesn't exist, though I've validated the URL in the 'Parent Site or Location' and tested the 'Relative URL' multiple times. 

I've spend a lot of time trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any advice/help would be appreciated! If more information is needed please ask.

Did you use the right url?

The URLs to SharePoint locations are stored in the entity called 'Document Location'.

Each record has a corresponding record in that entity which tells the SharePoint integration where the folder is.

1. Go to the record you want to change (in this case the contact called 'Anna Accionista' and go into the 'Documents' section of the related entities.
2. Click 'Edit Location' in the toolbar above the list of documents
3. From this dropdown only one item should appear, click that one
4. Here you see the associated record, where you can change the relative url.
   Don't forget to also rename the folder in SharePoint! (Dynamics doesn't do this for you)

Hi @v-yutliu-msft,

I did change the URL to the correct one by setting up a Document Location entity. It is defaulted to Sharepoint Site A because this is the default location for my dynamics instance. I am trying to set this Entity to use Sharepoint site B, which is a child site to that of A.

Also, the entity form I have for this new entity does not have the Document Association Grid like the one displayed in the link you've provided does, do you know how I can go about adding that to my form? Right now, the form just displays the Document Location itself. (Perhaps this is where I'm doing something wrong?)
