Signatures and images in portals

Just wondering, is it possible to allow users to take a photo in a portals form? Also, is their a pen input for signatures?

Regarding taking photos on the form - if you will add attach file possibility to the form (see additional settings here or just configure notes), when users will try to attach file on mobile it will allow them to take a pictures with their camera software.

Regarding pen input - there is no out of the box solution. What you can do is use some 3rd party html signature input (like this one) to get the actual signature, then extract base64 representation of the image and save it to dedicated field in CRM using JavaScript (field should be multiline text field with at least 15000 characters).

Portal has an attachment feature which can enable user to attach documents or file to the portal with the right entity permission enabled. The attachment option will allow documents files, and images as per requirement. It is essential the enable entity permission option is checked on the entity for this to work. 

Regarding the signature, there is no OOB functionality that can be used to add a signature to the portal but with some custom actions, it can be achievable.
